What you can expect

Albany in Western Australia is rich in colonial history and national heritage. Join this half-day tour of Albany and you’ll unearth the touching stories of fallen soldiers from WWI at the ANZAC Centre and visit some of the landmarks from the early colonial years. The ANZAC Centre overlooks the harbour where thousands of men and women departed Australia and sadly, many never returned.

Pay tribute to Australia’s military history and then join a scenic tour to Mt Adelaide and Middleton Beach to appreciate the views and a cuppa tea and scones before a quick visit to Patrick Taylor Cottage Museum, one of the oldest residences in Western Australia. The 4 hour tour departs Albany at 9am and 1.30pm and is a fantastic way to learn about the history of Albany.
