We live only 5 mins from Moonlit sanctuary and have never been so booked as a school holiday activity for the kids. We had a great time and will definitely go back and book some of the other activities like getting up close to the koalas. Feeding the kangaroos was the highlight for my girls.
Great day with the kids at Moonlit Sanctuary. Will definitely come back.

Good place. Nice food and facilities. Maybe better for night tours.

We went for a day tour. Fed kangaroo and baby wallabies and some ducks. Veggie burger with fries was good. Don't expect to see much wildlife. Maybe better for night tours. Early morning is better for day tours.

It was an awesome day great place to see

It was an awesome day great place to see. The presentation was really good. Our friends also enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s not too far to travel. There were tables with umbrellas so we could take our own lunch.

We visited Moonlit Wildlife Sanctuary on a hot day
Milan Lausevic 3 years ago

We visited Moonlit Wildlife Sanctuary on a hot day, all kangaroos were in resting areas so we couldn't approach to feed them. Ducks are cute, they eat from your hands. Encounter with a koala was amazing! We could pet them and we took some great photos. Koala keeper was amazing and very polite. Most animals were sleeping probably because it was too hot.

A nice park
Amy Gray 3 years ago

A nice park, not too big. A little overpriced compared to other parks I’ve been to. The kangaroos and wallabies were hiding and we didn’t get to feed anything despite buying food for them at the door. I’m sure on other days they are more friendly. I probably wouldn’t visit the park again, but we had a nice walk around the grounds on the day.

Best Australian experience ever to mingle with kangaroos, koalas and emus. A+++ and highly recommended. Staff are so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the animals. Our visitors from New York had the best time ever. Satisfaction guaranteed!!!

Only 50 mins away from Melbourne
Michelle Pereira 5 years ago

Only 50 mins away from Melbourne! In this sanctuary you can have a great experience with animals at their natural habitat. The animals are not caged, ducks, kangaroos, wombats and all others wondering around and interacting with us! Amazing! Buying the food at the counter makes us a little excited about feeding them. But actually feeding all of them is an amazing experience! <3 I recommend! Don't go to zoos! Attend Sanctuaries!

It was our family fun day out
Nafisa harun 6 years ago

It was our family fun day out. We took our 2 lovely kids. My daughter really enjoyed feeding the kangaroos and the ducks. She loved the birds. It was really good experience for my daughter to feed the wallabies, kangroos and ducks. I would love to take my kids again to moonlit scantury. Not forgetting how my 7 month old baby boy reacted seeing the wombats he just got so excited. Its a great place for family day out..
